Honoring Black History Month
Honoring Black History Month

Each February, Roseville Area Schools honors Black History Month—celebrating the lasting contributions of Black Americans. We recognize their impact across education, science, the arts, leadership, and community, and we remain grateful for the ways they continue to shape our future.

We know the government shutdown brings uncertainty, especially about SNAP and food access. All students still receive free meals, and our Food Resources page links families to trusted local assistance. We’ll update it regularly—please reach out if needed.

About Us

Welcome to Emmet D. Williams Elementary School! We're one of six neighborhood K-6 schools in the Roseville Area community. Our school is comprised of just over 500 students, 90 staff, and 350 families. Besides our K-6 program, we also have a before- and after-school program called Friendship Connection.
